I joined the Digital Business Team at Lloyds Banking Group where I supported the launch of the mobile banking app. My role involved carrying out feature-level analysis prior to launch, collaborating with the FP&A team to model financial outcomes ensuring commercial viability. Additionally, I engaged with various internal business units, including Marketing, Legal, and Tech teams on business readiness activities prior to launch from both a go-to-market and operational perspective. Externally, I was involved with coordination efforts with the app development partner during and after launch.
OUTCOME The app was received positively by customers with efforts across all teams resulting in 1 million downloads over a period of 2 months following launch on the App Store.
