I was initially hired by WIN plc, which was later acquired by IMI Mobile during my tenure. IMI Mobile was a contact center and CRM platform serving brands such as the BBC, O2, Telefónica, the AA, and other enterprise businesses. The platform was designed to provide clients with a multi-channel engagement point of contact with their customers. In my role, I worked closely with clients to research their business requirements and translate these into product development specifications. I also supported the commercial team in pre-sales activities and in responding to formal RFPs.
OUTCOME IMI Mobile launched the UK's first remote field workforce tracking solution using GPS technology for the AA. This enabled the AA Operations centre to interact and provide real-time ETA's for breakdown assistance. In addition to this, IMI Mobile platform powered live-on air interactivity (via SMS, Email and MMS) for radio stations such as the BBC and Global Radio.
